Default 1912 New York Yankees Program - SOLD

Posted By: Pat Nester

Rarely seen program from the last year the Yankees (Highlanders) played at Hilltop Park which was their home from 1903 to 1912 before moving to the Polo Grounds in 1913. This program is for a game against the Philadelphia A’s whose lineup features greats such as Collins, Baker, Plank and Bender. Plank’s name is circled among the pitchers as is Brown and Coombs. Hal Chase in the lineup for New York. Scoring grid unscored. The program exhibits multiple creasing and wear. About an inch split at the top of the spine. Grades vg at best. Program still solid and handable. Early Yankee programs are rare as attendance was much lower in the smaller confines of Hilltop Park. Poor Yankees only won 50 games in 1912. Please email if you have any questions or want additional scans. SOLD
