The only one responsible is the person who did this . It is not anyone or anything to blame for this persons actions except himself. Personal responsibility is lacking bigtime in our culture. It is always someone elses fault or something made me do this. To me the only excuse is there is no excuse. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the loved ones family and friends.
