Chris DiazEbay won't help you, but I think Paypal would if you opened a claim/dispute. Despite what sellers put in their auction description, insurance is the sellers responsibility. The seller is the one that files a claim should something happen and it is their job to get the item to you as described. I would contact the seller first to try and resolve it civilly and hope the person has good customer service. If that fails, I would say file a claim because I believe you would win. I have been on both ends of a situation like this.
