Jerry, I know Rand Bailey (from West Virginia) had purchased one at the Pittsburgh show a few years ago and he showed it to me at the show while we were chatting. I believe it had a small amount of paper attched to each corner on back but was pretty nice otherwise. He had just picked it up and wasn't sure what he wanted for it at the time. He has probably sold it since but I remember seeing it.
