Default PA man arrested for memorabilia fraud

Posted By: anthony

i'm not a lawyer or anything but doesnt the state have to show that Hooper "knew" he was selling fakes? In California (and probably most state) if you have a reasonable cause to believe the item you received was stolen or fake, then you are pretty much guilty of it.

does the state have that info other than a few people saying "hey, this is fake". any emails saying "i know its fake but what are you gonna do 'bout it, punk!?"...that would be a damaging piece of evidence...

just wondering...i like to see bad guys go to jail
