Anthony N.I've had sellers send me reprints twice and they apologized when I contacted them and immediately refunded me. They got pos feedback.
I've left negs when I didn't get an item or it was trashed and had to fight for the refunds thru paypal.
Did you contact him once you'd received the card to request a refund, or proceed straight to paypal?
