Eric Pughthis is a textbook example of a wonderful company that got so big it killed itself. it's almost as if their leadership wants them to fail. out of touch, stock tanking, stupid changes, pissing off their true customers, just insane.
this should be a case study for every business student in America on how not to run a business.
