May I ask where have I lacked in customer service? Whenever a member contacts me I bend over backwards to help them out. I answer every email usually within minutes. Anyone can call anytime because my number is online and I will help them out over the phone. I take pride in my customer service and helping out the members and answering all questions thrown out at me on these boards. By you saying that is a real slap in my face and I do not appreciate it at all.
