And with all apologies to anyone considering bidding in this auction, but I am struggling with a number of the population claims made throughout 19th Century Only. The one that really had me confused was this one. Of course PSA has graded more than 5 Matty portraits higher than a 4, right? What am I missing?
(Lot 129) 1909-11 T206 Christy Mathewson (Portrait) PSA 4
Out of fifty-four examples ever graded by PSA, there are only five cards that grade higher than a PSA 4. This card has perfect centering and bright bold colors. A very desirable Mathewson portrait.
