Generally when there is a troll on the board I will ban that IP address and continue to ban their ip's if they find more computers. I will also delete their posts. MOST of the time nothing will be said at all as trolls only want attention. SO be advised these things can happen from time to time. If you see someone talking about a troll and there is nothing in the thread then there have probably been posts deleted. The less recognition we give, of any kind, the better. I love my job.
