Marc - I agree that the argument is not strong; I was just restating what it was.
The better question is, your objection infers that there would be a series of photos that you would accept as proof; I'm curios what those are. I'm not sure I can think of any photos that would conclusively prove what is being claimed here. You'd always be concerned the cards were switched.
