After the seller refused to sell me this item and doing a LONG follow-up with ebay trust and safety dept. For the seller violation code, Ebay has now suspended his account and he is no longer a registered user! The seller went by CAROSPEC but is now taking a little rest! It does pay to at least file the information. I wasnt able to leave a neg feedback because Ebay took him off to fast. But at least hes off!
