Todd--That makes the system a lot more complicated than it needs to be. They should provide the increments and bidders should have to adhere to them.

Charlie--I was high bid on a lot. At 11:00 CT the clock went on at 30 minutes and counted down to zero at which point the lot closed. There were no other bids during the 30 minute period. How else should this lot have run?
