KyleI agree some of their customer service people are difficult, but if you find a good one, they can take care of everything for you.
I've had mistakes made, and mistakes fixed. But everyone is human, it happens. It's not life or death. Look at automotive companies who recall vehicles, or tires.
When were you contacting PSA? Were they at the national? Email me and I can recommend someone to email.
