Dave FMark, Alpharetta is a bit more on the expensive side in metro Atlanta...most areas arent as high...but it is in North Fulton County (the county Atlanta is in) everything in North Fulton is pretty high dollar...my house in Alpharetta would probably have been $350k-400 with the basement...
As far as the schools down here...well, my parents made me do a couple years of catholic school when I was a kid...won't put my kids through that torture...public shool all the way
