The B&W sets from the teens and twenties (e.g. M101-4, M101-5, E120, E121, etc.) are no longer being ignored. I think everyone can safely forget about the days when you could pick up raw EX commons for sub-$30 and raw EX HOFers for sub-$100. Try doubling or tripling that and you'll be close.
