boxingcardmanI can see how the pursuit of cards can eat you up and burn you out, but if you have the collecting gene (or genetic weakness, as it may be), you will simply start collecting something else in life and repeat the behaviors you show with cards in that endeavor. Happens all the time.
My advice is take a time out from now to the National. Skip the ebay listings, don't open any catalogs, don't even come in here. Just take the next 5-6 weeks and decompress from collecting, then go to the National to have some fun and reload your enthusiasm. Just don't do anything rash like unloading the collection.
