I am not quite sure how to explain it but I do think that lots will sometimes go for more than singles....I know there are some lots I have won that I ended up selling and the singles sold for less than I paid for the lot. One Old Judge group I split with a board member comes instantly to mind. Because I have the mindset that I can maybe get what I want out of a lot cheaper sometimes I think I overpay.....I hope that makes sense.....regards
