I am not positive it's hand cut but it does look like it. I guess we could ask Derek Grady as he graded it. I still say any card that was hand cut should only get an A or a numerical grade with the qualifier of "handcut"...thanks for being part of the best vintage baseball card chatboard on the net too...It's a pretty friendly place most times... ....
