jeff has been around forever. he used to run a small ad in scd pre-ebay days. he would then mail color copies of all the cards you were interested in and you could buy accordingly. things have really changed!
i've never had any issues with him, buying or selling, and i believe my ebay transactions with jeff have been on the up-and-up. that said, bad on him if he is shilling. i doubt jeff will weigh in here but who knows.
