HR - yeah, that's what we do (or have done in the past sometimes). Two people each make out a bingo card with the buzzword. Before the meeting they each get a copy of the other's card so you can see who's winning.

If it's a full day or multiday management or sales kumbaya, you can go 4x4 or 5x5, or 3x3 for shorter, and I've even gone 2x2 but with a center square so there are 5 squares total. Usually play for lunch or a beer or something.

Didn't mean to derail the thread, but I have to say I'm getting some awesome ideas for it!
