Anyone have an idea who this guy might be? There is writing at the bottom of one photo that says "Uncle Bill Star Pitcher". The Cubs uniform appears to be from between 1919-1924 and the White Sox Uniform appears to be from between 1922-1929. Any help appreciated. I also have no clue who the other Sox Player/Manager? is.
