Jeff...am I the only one puzzled by Crandell's constant praise and shoulder massaging he is doing on the behalf of Kevin? Kevin sounds like a smart guy. I don't think Kevin needs to be massaged or whispered sweet nothings by Jim. Not sure where Jim is going with all this...as usual.
