GregI still have a tough time understanding the use of the word "rare" when it comes to cards versus anything else in the collectibles marketplace. I've always considered something "rare" to be something that is hard to find, not just "desirable". It would be something that may come available once in a blue moon, maybe with one to three known examples in existance, irregardless of the minute differences in their condition.
I just checked ebay. There's no less than 12 Red Cobbs for sale on there now and there 2 of the Green Cobbs for sale as well. I wonder how many times over the course of a year one would have the opportunity to buy one of these if one wanted to do so.
I'm not saying these cards aren't nice, but they certainly aren't "rare".
