I've handled 12 of these cards and all have been machine cut. I also have record, though, of another Hoffman that's handcut selling on ebay in the last year. Another thing that happens on the backs of T209 Is is a factory stamp (I'll scan one of mine later to show). I can't recall any T209 IIs with a similar stamp, can anyone else?
