Joe D.Its a very cool looking card - and very similar to the orange border set... but not an "Orange Borders" for the points already mentioned - rounded inner black border (orange borders have squared black border), and as Robert has pointed out the white around the name.
The Orange Borders are an orange rectangle with black printed on top of that rectangle (overprinting, not knocking out of)... so you wouldn't see the white around the name like that even if the black was out of fit.
I wish I did know what kind of card the Niles is... its pretty awesome. A mystery to me.
