For Rick- I have a question about registered mail. As I understand it, everyone who handles the package along the way has to sign for it. As such, couldn't a registered package be traced to the last signature? It seems like it could be done, but I have to say whenever I have tried to find any late package through my post office, they have acted as if they really don't want to do it. Seems like any extra work is viewed by them as a huge hassle.
