Ditto on the PO box. As some here know, the imbeciles at the UPS Store LOST a package with two relatively-scarce cards I bought from someone on the Board. The other Board member had their signature acknowledging receipt, so their insurance company reimbursed me. Otherwise...the PO boxes (with a physical address) are invaluable.
