It's really a viscious circle. Buyers refuse to be run up so they snipe. Sellers not trusting the snipes will come out accept offers early. It's really kind of silly. So many here pick on high grade PSA collectors but from what I've seen your even worse to each other when dealing with inexperienced Ebay sellers who may or may not know what they have.
