Regarding Steve M's post of the Pacific Biscuit Company display, the "swastika" symbol was used on food packaging in China to denote a vegetarian item that was safe for strict Buddhists to consume. Sort of the Buddhist version of Kosher. Probably a good bet that Pacific Biscuit was owned by Chinese.

This forum is just a fount of educational information, isn't it?
