Not a sports announcer, but somewhat sports-related:

I remember on one of those blooper shows, they had one from a local newscast where they were reporting on a story about a bunch of bowling balls rolling out of the back of a truck and through a car wash. The anchor, in one of those ridiculous asides after a report, said to his female co-anchor:

"I'll bet that guy had the cleanest balls in town."

Both looked horrified, of course, and could hardly make it through the rest of the news.
