There is no doubt that there are some cards overgraded by PSA. It is also highly probable that the overgraded cards are more likely to be sold on ebay than the undergraded or fairly graded cards. Thus IMO, on a percentage basis, we see more overgraded PSA cards on ebay than the true percentage of overgraded cards. It doesn't excuse the major errors on some cards though.
