At the National, I saw a group of W501s that looked like they were perforated along the top or bottom border. I've seen others that look like they were handcut at the top and bottom without perforations. Do any of you know how these were really issued? If there are no perforations on a card, does that mean a kid ignored the perforations, used a pair of scissors, and cut the card too close? Thanks.
