Jeff LichtmanI don't know that I agree. The card sold for $1500 in a PRO holder which means it's most likely trimmed, altered, etc. Obviously, why would anyone submit to PRO when it could be graded by a reputable service? Look at the following recent ebay sales:

Each of these sales were for PSA 4s of the Cobb red back; they sold for a bit more and a bit less than the PRO card and yet, in my mind, they both look a lot nicer than the PRO Cobb which is most likely altered. So why spend $1500 on the PRO card when you can get a better looking one for the same price in a more reputable holder - without the paper loss on the front?
