I agree.

If I had been "worried" about getting back 100% of my cost on the Wagner...

I probably would have lobbied harder for an "Opening Bid" of $65,000.

Granted, I fully expected (and still expect) and hoped to get at least that much...

but if the market does not bear this out, then all it means is that I overpaid in the beginning.
