I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that PSA is a public company getting extreme pressure to increase revenues? How do you increase revenues and profits? Come up with multiple areas of revenue streams and cut back on the fundamentals e.g. quality, consistency and accuracy.
Do you buy tires at Wal-Mart or Belle Tire? Sometimes is a better to be a little more focused than to be spread to thin.
