Ummmm, I just did a package with several more slabbed cards than that, via registered mail valued at $17K for a whole $33.
All I can say is that when I see outrageous shipping charges, I'll either avoid the auction because odds are, the seller is not a pro but a potential problem, or if I simply must to, have to, got to own the item, adjust my bidding accordingly.
As you clearly stated your charges, the buyer was aware, and as I stated earlier, he is theoretically in the wrong...... But jeez, to carry on over a few bucks.....do the freakin' deal and move on. No sympathy here on my part
