I was always under the impression these were inserts in the candy boxes. ( a little OT) I am always looking for the Foxx in this set. Sorry Leon. I had to squeeze that in. Anyway...maybe they came both on the boxes, and as inserts? At differing times. They seem to come in varying sizes, and colors. It keeps the hobby hopping when these types of issues arise. It gives us something new to look for in our daily perusals.
