Yeah, "free" seems to be a magic word. I think between the email and thread requests I've sent out about 150 copies so far. Maybe later this week I'll be able to get back to my paying job ....
I know you haven't asked but I'll send you a copy too. Thanks for being a sounding board for so many of my theories.
