to "interfere with a transaction." In this case, the consensus seems that it would be warranted, however, I still think it's not allowed.
Various times while running auctions for higher-end game used cards, some jackasses emailed by bidders, ERRONEOUSLY alleging that they were fakes. I received confirmation from the manufactueres that they were NOT fakes, but the damage was done. BTW nobody bothered emailing me first to present their allegations.
Just a thought...
