Hmmm, sounds like Mr. Mint has gone international
edited to add - Did anyone notice that the testimonials on his site show folks RECEIVING their cards before sending payment. So, he wants proof of payment being sent when he sends proof of the cards being shipped is presented. Something doesn't add up there.
