Kyle: Information regarding the w590 strip card set is available on the Old Cardboard website - a link for this site is near the center, top of our homepage.

I have no knowledge specific to cards of golfers, but if SGC will grade your card and PSA will not, well that seems reasonable to me as a way to proceed.
