JudgeDred (Fred)People collect different niches. If you wanted to collect a signed check of each original HOFer (Cobb, Johnson, Mathewson, Ruth and Wagner) you'd need the Matty. He died relatively young so there's much less of his signatures available (let alone on a check) and collecting memorabilia has gotten pretty competitive as of late. People like the difficult to find and own pieces of history and a Matty check is a difficult piece to find.
