My mistake Anson.
When i originally answered the question, i missed the "three".
Thus, i listed a group of people who i believe are among the most knowledgable, while trying to avoid the omission of someone deserving of mention.

With regard to your final point, i agree.
There are other people out there, who are not high profile, but also worthy of recognition.
