Scott ElkinsI know the Postal Service is very strict when it comes to misuse of Money Orders. I plan on talking to the local Post Master about my situation next week to see if there is anything I can do in regards to Mail Fraud.
So, I was simply wondering how strong of a case for mail fraud I have with the Postal Service since Daniels refuses to reimburse me the money for a money order I purchased for him? I have the e-mail from Daniels telling me to send the money order in his name and the receipt, which I posted the scan of. So, I basically have all the proof needed. If you have an answer and don't want to post (it seems there are several board members and lurkers in that situation since BcD has been known to threaten and attack people that don't view things in his favor), that is fine - simply e-mail me at tycobb@optidynamic.com.
