The Lefty phenomena in BB only applies to hitters.

Your list of of the 8 top pitchers of which only one is a Lefty
is quite representative of the Righties vs Lefty's ratio in the
general population. Lefty's being only 10 - 15%.

So, I see nothing strange or inconsistent here.
