Jay is right ,this has been hashed out many times. There is no way to make the policy perfect. Fear of receiving a negative keeps me from leaving feedback that is less than positive. I guess I should not care but it always cast a shodow of doubt when the feedback # is less than 100%

I would go out tonight, but I haven't got a stitch to wear.
