I find that Dad (Max Marshall) must have played in the PCL before and after his major league stint...find that he was with the Cardinals in 1942, 43, 44..Any body have any more info I'd appreciate it...I did get response from the Mark (Pacific Coast League Historical Society)..which was helpful about Oakland Oaks
