I just sold an almost complete set of W753 1941 St. Louis Cardinals Team Issue cards and he is not in that set. Your best bet may be to track down PCL collectors. The wealth of material seems to be on the West Coast and specifically, the Pacific Northwest and the Bay Area of California. Hollywood and San Diego had PCL teams, but the materials aren't as popular in SoCal since the major league teams seem to garner most of the fan/collector interest.
