Default Trader's etiquette

Posted By: Bryan Long

When you don't have the cards to trade with. My collection is on the rise, but due to money and the fact that I am not an investor my cards or not high grade examples. I find it very hard to trade with people because I simply do not have the hard to get cards that everyone wants. I would be perfectly happy trading 10 mid priced cards for one high priced card but it simply can't be done (well sometimes it can, but not very often). My t206 walter jonhson card is nothing when it is compared with some of the cards that exist within the forum members. I'm still waiting for the day when I am able to pick up that Mike Kelly or Cap Anson card. I have had my fingers crossed so long they are starting to turn blue
I find myself saving the cash for ebay or small auction houses. I do have to say that I have traded with a few people on this forum and most went quite well. I'm starting to babble to I'm done
